Manufacturing Process

Seamless Process
Stainless steel billets are heated and pierced to form a hollow shell.
Pipes are elongated and sized through rolling mills.
Heat treatment ensures required mechanical properties.
Welded Process
Stainless steel coils are roll-formed into tubular shape.
Edges are welded using TIG / automatic welding processes.
Weld seam is treated and finished for uniformity.
Pipes undergo pickling, passivation, and finishing for corrosion resistance.
