GRP & FRP
Pipes
Advanced composite piping for high corrosion resistance, lightweight strength & long service life
Overview
GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) & FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Pipes are advanced composite piping systems designed for high corrosion resistance, lightweight strength, and long service life.
Manufactured using glass fiber reinforcement with thermosetting resins, these pipes are ideal for water transmission, sewerage, chemical handling, and industrial applications where durability and corrosion resistance are critical.
Manufacturing Process
GRP / FRP pipes are manufactured using filament winding or centrifugal casting processes:
Glass fibers are impregnated with thermosetting resin.
Fibers are wound over a rotating mandrel in controlled patterns.
Resin curing forms a strong composite structure.
Pipes are cut to required lengths and finished.
Each pipe undergoes pressure and structural testing.
This ensures high strength-to-weight ratio and structural integrity.
Advanced Manufacturing & Quality Control
Our GRP / FRP piping systems offer:
Products are tested for hydrostatic pressure, stiffness, and dimensional accuracy.
