Gas
Pipes
Specially designed piping for safe transportation of natural gas, LPG & gaseous fuels
Overview
Gas Pipes are specially designed piping systems used for safe transportation of natural gas, LPG, and other gaseous fuels.
Manufactured primarily from MDPE / HDPE or Steel (as per application), gas pipes are engineered for high pressure resistance, leak-proof performance, and long-term underground service in city gas distribution networks and industrial applications.
Manufacturing Process
Gas pipes are manufactured using controlled processes depending on material:
For MDPE / HDPE Gas Pipes
High-grade PE compound (PE 80 / PE 100) is processed.
Pipes are extruded under strict quality parameters.
Controlled cooling ensures dimensional accuracy.
Pipes are tested for pressure and stress crack resistance.
For Steel Gas Pipes
Steel coils or plates are formed into pipes.
Longitudinal seams are welded (ERW / SAW process).
Weld integrity is tested through NDT methods.
Pipes undergo hydrostatic testing.
Advanced Manufacturing & Quality Control
Our gas piping systems offer:
Each pipe is tested for hydrostatic pressure and mechanical strength.
