Manufacturing Process
Flexible hoses are manufactured using extrusion and reinforcement processes:

Inner tube is extruded for fluid conveyance.
Reinforcement layers (braided yarn / steel wire / fiber mesh) are added.
Outer protective layer is applied for durability.
Hoses are cut, tested, and coiled as per specifications.
Each hose undergoes pressure and flexibility testing.
