Manufacturing Process
Column pipes are manufactured using precision extrusion (for uPVC) or controlled ERW processes (for MS):
For uPVC Column Pipes
High-grade uPVC compound is extruded into pipes.
Pipes are threaded at both ends for secure jointing.
Couplers are manufactured for strong connections.
Each pipe undergoes pressure and load testing.
For MS Column Pipes
Steel strips are formed and welded using ERW process.
Pipes are threaded and fitted with couplers.
Surface protection coating is applied.
Pipes are pressure tested for performance reliability.
